Great neighborhood restaurant. Menu changes twice a week. Mid week menu is family friendly with pizza, pasta, gnocchi & a variety of entree's. Weekend is finer dining with rack of lamb, fresh seafood, duck, steaks, braised items. Menu changes to reflect the season and the freshest of produce.Great wine list supporting small Italian family wineries. Full bar. Open Tuesday through Saturday for dinner. Sundays and Mondays cooking classes are offered.
The finest restaurant in any category in Arvada. You could eat here 5 nights a week and never have the same dish twice. That is because you'll get tempted by the daily fresh menu. Never boring, always original...the food is incredible and the atmosphere lovely. Make sure that you have chef Shelly "saber" a bottle of bubbly to impress your guests!

With no reservation, I casually walked into Bella Bistro for the first time this evening. I could see that it was a crazy- busy Friday night, but the staff went out of their way to find a place for me, and make me (a lone diner) feel welcome. The food was a delicious, delightful experience from my first bite of scollop to the last bite of my bourbon peach desert. My experience at Bella Bistro, reminded me of the delightful neighborhood restaurants you find in Paris and Italy, where there is a camaraderie of happy patrons enjoying life, along with a staff that knows great wines, and takes pride in serving great food.
