Never thought I could do CrossFit having never spent much time in a gym and having multiple injuries. The workouts are designed with different levels of fitness in mind to give everyone a chance and coaches work with you to personalize the workout in case of any limitations like injuries. They also do a great job of emphasizing form and correct movements over just lifting heavy weight or doing movements quickly.
