The Small Group training is awesome! I haven't had more than 5 or 6 people in a session. You get a great workout and you don't have to be coordinated. The trainers will make sure you're in the right position and they don't make you do a dance routine for your cardio. They also give you options so you can work harder or less depending on your fitness/energy level. There's lots of variety so you won't get bored.
