  • I love the large variety of classes and teachers at Kindness Yoga. There are so many options and each teacher brings their own special flavor to class. Kindness Yoga is my home away from home! <3

  • Like most of the people who love this studio, I go because it is easy on my body. I love Core Power and go there for my workout. Kindness is where I move slow and restore. There are really only a couple of teachers who challenge with heated power classes, and those are great just not offered much. Kindness is known for dharma talks, mellow movement and nice feelings. That's why it gets my vote, just slightly over Core Power. And it is donation based, instead of $20 like CP, so I get to practice for $5-10 which works with my budget.

  • The locations and time slots are convenient and I like the varied styles of the instructors. I am officially hooked on yoga thanks to Kindess.

  • Come for the 30 Days for $30 stay for the classes from a variety of teachers. My favorite is Kiayan Reuter's Capital Hill Align and Flow. She shares some much knowledge for improving your practice and works her students to get them stronger. Get there early to find a spot because the studio fills up when she teaches.
