I have trained with Jodilyn for 3 years, increasing from 1x/ week to 4 sessions a week in pilates, boot camp and circuit. Jodilyn is professional, creative, and very knowledgeable. She designs workouts based on our individual and small group's capabilities and what we've been doing for the past week to address all muscle groups. She creates challenging but doable workouts, increasing and backing off to keep us engaged. Without her expertly designed workouts, I'd be giving in to middle aged flab. Instead, I am in excellent shape for my age and dedicated to working with Jodilyn to maintain my tone and strength.
