Studio 3sixT is Colorado's premier pole, dance and fitness studio. We offer all types of dance and fitness classes including hip-hop, burlesque, ballet-barre, kickboxing, Zumba, flexibility, and last but not least – pole dance fitness classes. These classes have become a craze due to the many benefits from core strengthening to increasing lean muscle, helping with flexibility, and improving cardiovascular health. Plus, it’s incredibly fun and a huge confidence booster!
These guys are awesome! One of my favorite pole studios of all time.

The best workout I ever did in my entire life! Muscles in my back and arms were hurting that never been worked before. Love feeling sexy while getting toned and working out. So much fun!!! These are skills you can learn and take it to whole otha level with yo man! wink! :-)
