1. You show up (probably a little nervous if it's your first time)
2. You meet amazing people
3. Work out begins. It's hard and you start to wonder what you're doing
4. Wonderful people you just met encourage you and cheer you on. You feel like you're on top of the world.
5. You look around Red Rocks and realize you are on top of the world.
