I went to Vietnam in the summer of 2001 for the main reason for eating their food. I went over four weeks without any type of American food. I mostly stayed in Hue, which is close to the Pacific and seafood is a staple. My wife is Vietnamese. Dong Khanh or the Saigon Bowl is not only my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Colorado, it is one of my most favorite in this country! They stay very close to the traditional style and flavors of the areas of Vietnam, mostly concentrating on the Southern styles. The menu is huge and have far too many great items to start mentioning them all. What I can say is if you like Vietnamese food, you'll love this place!
