I bought my first bike from Campus Cycles 12 years ago after checking out other shops where the sales people were either too busy to help me (because I didn't know exactly what I was looking for) or there just weren't sales people at all. When I walked into Campus Cycle that first time, not knowing what I wanted, the sales rep (Ned) acted as if I were the only person in the shop and he asked me questions and took all the time needed to help me find the bike that would be best for me. Over the years I've had my bike serviced yearly by them (tuned up) and this year when I went back, I wanted a new bike. Ned again took all the time in the world to help me find a new bike that would work for me. If you are looking for a bike, this is the only place I would recommend you go. You can test ride any bike around the neighborhood and the sales person will focus their attention on you, until you have what you like.
